Citizenship & Naturalisation Test Prep apps · Effective 19 September 2026
These are practice apps. They help you study for a citizenship or naturalisation test. They are not affiliated with any government, they are not immigration or legal advice, and they cannot promise that you will pass. Please read the short sections below before buying Pro.
These terms apply to the citizenship and naturalisation test practice apps published by the independent developer trading as OfBuilder, listed in our Privacy Policy. By installing or using an app you agree to these terms.
The apps are independent study tools. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government, government department or testing body, including the UK Home Office, the Australian Department of Home Affairs, USCIS, DUO, SIRI, the BAMF or IRCC. They do not represent a government entity.
The apps cannot book a test, submit or process any application, or affect the outcome of one. For anything official, use the government source linked inside each app.
Nothing in the apps is immigration advice, legal advice or advice about your personal circumstances. Where the apps describe eligibility rules, fees, residence periods or other requirements, that is general information for study only, and it may be out of date.
Immigration rules change and depend on your situation. Before you apply for anything, check the official government guidance or speak to a qualified, regulated adviser. In the UK, immigration advice may only be given by advisers regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority or by qualified lawyers.
We work hard to keep questions accurate and in line with the official study material, and every answer cites where it comes from so you can check it. Even so, we cannot guarantee that every question, answer or explanation is complete, current or error free, or that it matches the real test.
Using the apps does not guarantee that you will pass. Your result depends on your own preparation and on the official test itself. If you find a mistake, please tell us and we will fix it.
Pro is a one-time, non-subscription purchase that unlocks the full app on the store account you bought it with. You can restore it on another device signed in to the same store account, with no separate account needed. The Canadian app is completely free and has no purchase.
Purchases are processed and billed by Google Play, which acts as the seller. Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right to a refund or remedy you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
You may use the apps for your own personal study. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the question bank or study guide, or try to extract or reverse engineer them.
The questions, explanations and study guide text in the apps are written by us and are protected by copyright. Official publications, government materials, names, flags and emblems referred to in the apps belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify and describe the subject being studied.
The Australian app is adapted from Australian Citizenship: Our Common Bond, © Commonwealth of Australia (Department of Home Affairs), used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence. Questions and explanations are adapted rather than reproduced, and the Commonwealth Coat of Arms is not used. The US civics questions are a US government work in the public domain. The German questions come from the official BAMF question catalogue. The Canadian app is based on Discover Canada: The Rights and Responsibilities of Citizenship, © His Majesty the King in Right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship; questions and study guide are adapted, not reproduced, and the app is not endorsed by the Government of Canada.
Third-party images and fonts are credited, with their licences, under Settings → Credits & licences in each app.
The apps are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the apps, including a failed test, a refused or delayed application, or reliance on information that turns out to be wrong. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
The apps are made for adults preparing for a citizenship or naturalisation test. If you are under 18, please use them only with a parent or guardian.
You can stop using an app at any time by uninstalling it. We may change or stop an app, and we may end access for anyone who breaks these terms, for example by copying or reselling the content.
These terms do not take away any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live, and any dispute is subject to the courts and law that those rights require.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app’s release notes.
Get in touch and we will reply as soon as we can.
