Citizenship & Naturalisation Test Prep apps · Effective 8 September 2026
These apps are built to work offline, with no account and no sign-in. Your study progress, scores, notes and settings never leave your phone. We do not run ads, we do not use analytics or tracking, and we never sell or share your data. The only time the app talks to the internet is to download study content (once, when you first open it, and again when that content is updated), to verify a one-time Pro purchase, and, if you use the optional AI Tutor, to answer your question.
This policy is published by the independent developer trading as OfBuilder and applies to the following Android apps (the “apps”), which share one codebase and the same privacy practices:

All of the following is stored only on your device, in the app’s private storage. It is never uploaded to us, and we cannot see it:
You can erase all of it at any time with Settings → Reset progress, or by uninstalling the app.
There are only three cases, and none of them involve an account or your personal identity:

We do not keep server-side copies of AI Tutor conversations. Messages you send are processed by Anthropic under its own privacy policy and are not used by us for any other purpose.
The apps do not collect or access any of the following:
We do not sell, rent, or share your data, and there is no third-party advertising or marketing profiling in these apps.

Notifications are off unless you enable them, and can be turned off at any time in the app or in your device settings. No data is sent anywhere to produce a reminder.

On your device: kept until you use Settings → Reset progress, clear the app’s data, or uninstall the app. We hold no copy.
Purchases: RevenueCat and Google Play retain purchase records so your Pro unlock can be restored. To request deletion of the purchase record linked to your anonymous app ID, email us and we will action it within 30 days.
AI Tutor: we keep no conversation history on our servers.
These apps are study tools for adults preparing for a citizenship or naturalisation test. They are not directed at children, and because the apps collect no personal information, none is collected from children.
Depending on where you live (for example under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, or the California CCPA/CPRA) you may have the rights below. Because we hold almost no personal data (only an anonymous purchase record via RevenueCat), most requests are limited to that record.
To exercise any right, email ofbuilder.apps@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Every network request the app makes uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. Data stored on your device sits in the app’s private, OS-sandboxed storage. Payment card details are never seen or stored by us. All payments are handled by Google Play.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app’s release notes.
