Renu is designed to be privacy-first. We do not ask for your bank login credentials, nor do we scan your emails. We do not automatically collect personal information, usage data, or sensitive financial data to send to our servers.
If you contact us directly for support via email, we will receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Because the app stores data locally on your device, we do not use your data for targeted advertising, nor do we sell it to third parties. Any information we receive when you contact support is used exclusively to answer your questions and resolve your issues.
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes. All of your subscription tracking data remains on your local device.
We keep your support email communications only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.
Your data is primarily secured by your device's own operating system security (such as your lock screen passcode or biometrics). We recommend keeping a screen lock on your device to protect your locally stored data.
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the App.
Since your subscription data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it. You can delete your data at any time by simply deleting the application or clearing the application's data through your device's system settings.
