We do not collect your name, address, phone number, location, camera, microphone, or contacts.

3 How we use your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.

5 Data retention

Data on your device is kept until you uninstall the app or clear app data. Cloud data (Supabase) is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing ofbuilder.apps@gmail.com and we will action it within 30 days.

AI Tutor messages are sent directly to our AI provider and are subject to their own privacy policy. We do not store the content of AI conversations.

6 Children’s privacy

This app is intended for users aged 16 and over — the minimum age to apply for a provisional driving licence in the UK. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7 Your rights (UK GDPR)

If you are based in the UK or EU you have the right to:

8 Security

All data sent between the app and our cloud is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Cloud data is protected by row-level security — only you can read or write your own records. Payment card details are never stored by us; all payments are handled by Google Play and RevenueCat.

9 Notifications

Study reminders and streak alerts are scheduled entirely on your device. No data is sent to our servers to generate them. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or inside the app.

10 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
