Delete Your IlmAI Account

How to request account deletion

You can ask us to delete your IlmAI account and the data linked to it at any time. Follow these steps:

1. Send an email to ofbuilder.apps@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in to IlmAI.
2. Use the subject line "Delete My Account — IlmAI".
3. We will verify the request and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days. We will email you when it is done.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Pro subscription. Please cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, so you are not charged again.

What data is deleted

We do not keep any other copy of your account data after deletion is complete.

Delete some of your data (keep your account)

You can delete some or all of your data without deleting your IlmAI account.

Option 1 — In the app

1. Open IlmAI and go to the Home screen or the Saved → Conversations tab.
2. Swipe left on a conversation to delete it. Its questions and AI answers are removed from your device and from our servers.

Option 2 — By email

1. Email ofbuilder.apps@gmail.com from your sign-in email address with the subject "Delete My Data — IlmAI".
2. Tell us what to delete, for example all chat history, saved answers, or your name.
3. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. Your account stays active.

Data that can be deleted this way: chat history, saved answers, name and profile preferences. Purchase records held by Google Play and RevenueCat are kept under their own retention policies.
