How to request deletion

Email us from your account's address
Send a request to ofbuilder.apps@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with (Google Sign-In), with the subject "Delete My DreamNest Account." If you used the app as a guest, tell us that instead — we'll locate your data by device.

We confirm your identity
We may reply asking you to confirm details (such as the child profile names on the account) to make sure the request is really from the account owner.

Your account and data are deleted
We permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days of a confirmed request. If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel it separately from the Google Play Store — account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription.
What gets deleted

| Purchase verification records | Kept up to 90 days for fraud prevention and billing compliance, then automatically purged |
| Records Google Play itself retains for your purchase | Governed by Google's own retention policy, not DreamNest's — see Google Play's terms |
This cannot be undone. Once deletion is complete, your stories, child profiles, and account cannot be recovered.
